Design and supply of Demag equipment for bridge cranes for a S.W.L. of 2×3.2ton.
Cranes will be used in a steel manufacturing factory.

Tandem Gantry cranes for loading precast concrete beams up to 100 ton having total length of 47m.
Each crane has a lifting capability of 50 ton and in addition auxiliary hoist (10 ton) in a cantilever execution for handling concrete ladle.
Both cranes can be operated together for the purpose of lifting the beams using radio control transmitter.

Hor-Tal has supplied 8 huge pot carriages for handling 70 ton pot coming out of a furnace after fusion procedure, traveling to the out-side yard for cooling, and further more to the powder production zone.
The pot carriages are traveling on steel rails including intersections and are positioned with accuracy of ±2 mm, controlled from a central control room.

An automatic packing system for flat gumbo glass packages using special produced carriages running on steel rails including intersections. Each carriage designed for handling up to 3 ton of glass packages traveling in different and crossing movement directions, able to deposit the package with precise positioning ±2mm. Thus enable the packing machine to perform an accurate strapping.

An overhead traveling crane for handling pallets with aluminum bars in painting system. 

Design and supply of a unique C-Hook. The C-Hook downloads marble plates from a 12m container.
S.W.L. – 3.6 ton.

An automatic conveyor system for distributing imported cartons packed with textile products starting from unloading containers using special telescopic conveyor and continue through bar code identification system and special developed software for distribution into predestined location in 3 floors of the warehouse.

An overhead stacker bridge crane designed for handling plastic plates, sizes – 2m in width and 3m in length.
Crane is controlled by an operator from a movable cabin, traveling up and down along 12m vertical mast, attached to a carriage, which includes adjustable width forks for handling the load.
